
I was in HR for 8 years before starting an HR Tech platform which is now the fastest growing Performance and Talent Management platform globally. I look at everything customer facing including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
I've had a love/ hate relationship with HR. I love how powerful the function is, the impact it can have on the lives of people, and how much can be accomplished with focus and clarity. I hate it when people think of HR as a nebulous entity (it's anything but that).
My fundamental belief is that people are more than mere line items on a P&L sheet. Klaar was founded to help organizations realize that.
Before my tryst with HR, I was a performing bass guitar player from 2007-13 (six long years for my parents). I completed my MBA in 2015 because my to-be father-in-law told me that he wouldn't let his daughter get married to a bass guitar player (honestly, it makes total sense).
