Colleen M. Earl has more than 26 years of HR professional experience and is currently the Corporate Director of Enterprise Performance Management & Culture for Lockheed Martin.  In this role, she is responsible for leading OneLM culture transformation, organizational surveys and employee engagement insights, performance management for the enterprise, and domain expertise for change management.

Prior to her current role Ms. Earl served as Director, Workforce Solutions & Total Rewards for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC).  In this role she led a team of more than 30 HR professionals to transform the way HR operates, enable better business decisions, and increase competitiveness by evolving and connecting data, knowledge, and processes in alignment with the HR People Strategy.  Team responsibilities and specialty areas included: Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and People Analytics & Technology.

In addition to HR Center of Expertise roles, Ms. Earl has held many HR Business Partner leadership positions supporting both technical and business functions.  Ms. Earl was the HR Director for all of the MFC Orlando based Lines of Business supporting over 6,000 employees in some 28 states and 12 countries.  This employee population includes the largest concentration of wage-determined Service Contract Act employees within Lockheed Martin, ~250 employees represented by the International Association of Machinists (IAM), over 400 US deployed OCONUS employees, and ~800 Ampthill UK citizen employees.  She was also the MFC Orlando HR Site Lead (at 6,500+ employees this is Lockheed Martin’s largest site location in Florida) for more than six years. Prior to rejoining MFC, Ms. Earl effectively shaped a new role in the corporation as the HR Director, Employee Relations focusing on the Company’s positive employee relations and engagement strategy and also led Total Rewards & Performance Management for Enterprise Operations.  Ms. Earl also served as chief of staff for the CHRO of Lockheed Martin and has experience as an HR Site Lead Manager.

Ms. Earl has working knowledge of six different Lockheed Martin business units/locations spanning four business areas (MFC, RMS, EO/EBS, IS&GS).  She has strong HR generalist skills as a result of roles of increasingly larger scope and has also shown great agility to lead HR Centers of Expertise.  Prior to joining Lockheed Martin and early in her career, Ms. Earl worked for General Motors as a Production Foreman supervising more than 40 UAW represented employees. 

Ms. Earl is a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP).  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan and Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University.  She holds various internal and external professional HR certifications and has completed HR executive programs at both Darden University and the University of Michigan.  Ms. Earl is also a graduate of the Leadership Orlando program through the Orlando Economic Partnership.  She proudly serves as a board member for the Central Florida Hope Center which provides job placement, food pantry, counseling and immigration services to the local community.
