As the Director of Employee & Workplace Experience at Coinbase, I’m responsible for shaping how employees engage, connect, and thrive in a remote-first world. My work focuses on creating a world-class experience for employees, whether they’re collaborating remotely or in our offices. I lead initiatives that redefine workplace culture, blending flexibility with connection, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction.
Prior to Coinbase, I led the Employee Experience team at Meta’s Reality Labs during a period of hypergrowth, where the organization expanded tenfold in just three years. My role was to build and scale onboarding programs that not only maintained company culture but also accelerated knowledge sharing and speed to productivity, ensuring that employees could quickly contribute in a rapidly evolving environment.
At Amazon, I worked on creating operational efficiencies through learning programs, taking the business from 0 to 1 in key areas. I broke the mold on traditional learning methods to reduce costs while maintaining engagement. Later, I helped launch a company-wide onboarding tool, along with an innovative machine learning-based learning product that scaled to thousands of employees globally.
I began my career at Microsoft, where I honed my skills in learning and development. It was here that I first understood the deep connection between company culture and employee loyalty—learning that the best teams are those where employees are willing to go the extra mile because they truly believe in what they’re building.
