John Mauck has over twenty years of experience as a professional in human resources. Outside of living ten years inside the Washington, DC beltway, John has been a resident of the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. He currently lives in Martinsburg with his wife and daughter. John received undergraduate and MBA degrees from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV. He is currently a doctoral student at Hood College in Frederick, MD. In addition to his education, John has two human resources certification which include the SHRM-SCP and SPHR. As a result of his experience, John has been quoted in a number of articles for Businessing, The Network Journal, and Forbes.  In addition to the topic today, John has spoken to groups regarding workplace motivation and generational diversity.
